Lake Forest

Lake Forest IL is a beautiful suburb in the North Shore region of Illinois, is located 30 miles outside of Chicago, and has a population of approximately 20,000.  Lake Forest was one of the first affluent Chicago suburbs and it has been the home of countless historic figures and wealthy individuals.  The city is known for its stunning and historic architecture that dates back to the 1800s, along with one of Illinois' nicest beaches.  Many of the area's stunning homes are secluded under lush green foliage on large estates.  Properties range from multi-million-dollar mansions to maintenance-free new construction condominiums and single-family homes with a convenient in-town location.  Lake Forest is broken up into four communities: East Lake Forest, South Lake Forest, West Lake Forest, and North Lake Forest.
